System information
To get the best results make sure the surfaces are clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc.
Normally apply three coats of Cuprinol Trade 5 Year Quick Drying Woodstain with a good quality synthetic filament brush in even strokes, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly between coats. However, two coats may be sufficient on previously stained surfaces. If time between coats exceeds 1 day, lightly sand the previous coat.
After use, remove as much product as possible from brushes etc, before cleaning with water.
Top Trade Tip
If using a wood filler, choose a colour to match that of the surrounding wood. When intending to finish with Cuprinol Trade 5 Year Quick Drying Woodstain it is recommended that a small full test to include the wood, wood filler and stain is carried out to confirm suitability/acceptability.
