How to dispose of used paint responsibly

Are you concerned about the environmental consequences of throwing old paint away but don't have any room to store it?

This is a revolutionary way of disposing of water based paint, by solidifying the paint inside the can.

All you need to do is combine 25g of solidifier to every 500ml of left over paint and stir. You will see the paint quickly turn crumbly and start to solidify.

Leave the mixture to dry.

Leave the paint for three to four hours for it to fully solidify.

The solid paint can then be disposed of with normal household waste without the risk of contaminating landfill or entering the water system.
